The much anticipated New Year runs have officially begun. Oteil and Friends announced a few months ago that they were extending their three night run to a five night run. The fun kicked off at the Capitol Theatre last night and was livestreamed for free courtesy of Relix.

Oteil Burbridge was joined by one hell of a line-up including Melvin Seals, Erica Krasno, John Kadlecik, Jay Lane, Jennifer Hartswick, and Weedie Braimah.

The two sets included Oteil Burbridge originals, Jerry Garcia Band classics, plenty of Grateful Dead and some great covers including tunes by Bob Dylan, John Fogerty and The Band.
