Thanks to Keith Litzenberger for the updated soundboard of the VIP set and a great recording of Oteil’s set later in the day!

The Peach Festival was full of surprise sit-ins and awesome collaborations. One of the special treats VIP Peach goers got was a set of Grateful Dead tunes from Oteil Burbridge and Scott Metzger. Oteil and Scott are both well versed in the Grateful Dead catalogue as they are founding members of Dead and Company and Joe Russo’s Almost dead respectively.

The Peach Festival had a stacked Sunday. After Oteil and Scott’s VIP set, Peach got to Wake Up with Warren before Oteil and Friends and Gov’t Mule had sets later in the day.

Oteil and Scott’s awesome set explored some of our favorite Dead tunes in a totally new format with Oteil on lead vocals.
