So what does a Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish cover band do at an Allman Brothers Band inspired festival? Play some Allman Brothers Band tunes, of course. Actually quite a few. The entire Eat a Peach album in fact.
In a festival that featured Allman Brothers tributes by My Morning Jacket, Gov’t Mule and an all-star Peach Tribute, it only makes sense that Pink Talking Fish would mix in some ABB into the mix. What PTF was able to pull off was a full rendition of the Allman Brothers Band iconic album Eat a Peach with covers of Phish, Pink Floyd and Talking Heads mixed in.
