Dead and Company’s 2018 summer tour turned back to the East Coast and landed in the Big Apple for the first of two shows at Citi Field last night.

As with recent shows this tour, Johnny Lightning donned his alter-ego, Pigpen and crushed “Hurts Me Too.” At the end of the first set, Dead & Co busted out some late-era Dead with “Easy Answers.”

Citi Field saw some second set heavy hitters including a “The Other One” sandwich, “Estimated Prophet,” “Althea” and “Terrapin Station.”
