Update: Thanks to cabinetmusic for the full show AUD!
Phil Lesh headed to the East Coast for his long awaited return to The Capitol Theater. Phil’s last scheduled appearance at the Cap before COVID shut down live music was his 80th birthday celebration. With live music alive and well again once again, Phil embarked on a nine show run at the Capitol Theater last night.
The first of three mini-runs at the Cap featured Phil with his legendary The Q line-up which includes Rob Barraco, Warren Haynes, John Molo, and Jimmy Herring. Included in the eclectic two sets was a sprawling performance of “Shakedown Street” to start the second set.
Thanks to Sean Roche for the footage! Check out his channel for more footage from the show.
