Earlier in October, The Devon Allman Project made their way down to Boca Raton with Duane Betts in tow. Devon has been touring relentlessing this fall and has dates extending to the end of February.

During the show, Devon Allman and Duane Betts kept the spirt alive of their fathers’ band with a terrific run of covers. The first up was a lazing rendition of “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed,” followed by one of Dickey Betts’ favorite tunes, “Blue Sky.” A surprise cover of Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” featuring The Voice finalist Nicholas David Mrozinski. Nicholas David, a soul singer-songwriter from St. Paul, MN has collaborated with The Devon Allman Project in the past. To finish off the run, Devon and Duane treated Boca Raton to the Allman Brothers Band classic “Dreams.”
