In between Dead and Co tours this year, Bob Weir has played a series of solo gigs, played a couple of festivals with Phil Lesh and had some other interesting collaborations. Last week, Bobby visited the venue in his backyard, Sweetwater Music Hall for an acoustic set to benefit Marin Academy.

The set was short, but oh so sweet. Tunes like “Walkin Blues” and “Loose Lucy” are staples from Bob’s acoustic repertoire. “Blue Mountain” and “Only a River” are from Weir’s latest album.

Bobby also included a cover of Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons” that he debuted earlier this year with Trey Anastasio at Wanee.
