Bob Weir has teamed up with some old friends, but has a new name—Bob Weir and Wolf Bros. Bob Weir, drummer Jay Lane and upright bassist Don Was have over 20 dates on the calendar stretching from LA to NYC next month.

The trio’s setlist includes stripped down Grateful Dead classics, Bob Weir originals and other Bobby favorites. Without support from Mayer (or another lead guitarist) Weir takes center stage and leads on the jams. Check out his chops in “New Speedway Boogie.”

Bob Weir, who just celebrated his 71st birthday earlier this week is looking and sounding sharper than ever!
