Phish returned to MSG for night two of their four night NYE run. The first night featured a couple of heavy hitters that weren’t probably going to be repeated on the second night like “Harry Hood” and “Slave to the Traffic Light,” but the second night featured a couple of highlights of it’s own.
After a solid first set, Phish brought the jams in the second set. The opening “Sand” was a winner as was the 20+ minute “Chalk Dust Torture” that followed. The party continued with one of my favorite Phish tunes, “Ghost.” The set ending “Split Open and Melt” put an exclamation point on a great second set.
