The Allman Betts Band are out on the road with dates that extend into the summer festival season. Their current leg of the tour is taking them down south and southwest.

In their tour stop a couple of nights ago, Duane Betts, Devon Allman, Berry Duane Oakley and the rest of the Allman Betts Band brought the Allman Brothers Band spirit to Norfolk, VA. In addition to originals off their new album, Down to The River, Duane Betts and Devon Allman led the band in plenty of ABB covers. One of those covers was a blazing rendition of “Blue Sky.” Watch Betts reinvent the legendary solo that his dad seared into the minds of millions of ABB fans.

Thanks to Got Mule? for the great front row footage!
