Another weekend, another incredible run from Joe Russo’s Almost Dead with Dead and Company and Allman Brothers’ Oteil Burbridge on bass. JRAD finished up their second run at Brooklyn Bowl last night, marking their 6th show in two weeks at the Brooklyn venue.
On the 6th and final night of #MarchRADness, JRAD, specifically Scott Metzger stepped up and delivered this incredible cover of the Allman Brothers’ “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed” to a sold out crowd at the Bowl. The blazing cover segued nicely back in “Here Comes Sunshine.” Joe Russo even had a nice little drum solo tucked into the cover.
Thanks again to Lazy Lightning for this great, side of the stage 4k footage!
