Since putting DMB on hiatus, Dave Matthews has been spreading his wings and playing with a variety of musicians and gigs. Just last week he played with Michael J. Fox at a Parkinson’s benefit concert.

On November 13th, Dave joined famous Cuban musician Carlos Varela and his band at a private concert for the Center for Democracy in America, “celebrating 10 years of bringing Cuba and the U.S. together.” Carlos Varela’s music style is categorized as nueva trova which is a political strand of Cuban singer-songwriter type of music.

Thanks to Chester Copperpot for the great multi-cam production.
