Blackberry Smoke and Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real are making their way through Appalachia for a handful of dates. Over the weekend, Smoke rolled into Glasgow, Kentucky.

After a massive 19 song show, Blackberry Smoke came back out for an encore and invited opening act Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real to join them. As with so many bands over the last couple of months, Smoke and Nelson treated Kentucky to a tribute to Tom Petty. They proceeded to unleash a blistering version of Petty’s classic, “American Girl.” Starr and Nelson on lead guitar quite the pair.
