UK roots and reggae band, Steel Pulse kicked off the new year in Brooklyn, NY. Steel Pulse has been jammin’ for 43+ years and has brought the heat to the Brooklyn Before.

One of the covers the Pulse shared with BK was their take on the Grateful Dead’s “Franklin’s Tower.” This isn’t your typical Franklin’s (if there is such a thing.) Steel Pulse gives the classic Dead tune a bounce, punctuated by high-energy horn solos.

Thanks to Marc Millman for the awesome footage!
