The night after Phish’s Fenway mega-set, Arizona-based jam band Spafford played a gig at The Blue Ocean Music Hall is Salisbury, MA. While not technically right after the Fenway show, Spafford billed the show as a Phish afterparty—perhaps a way to bridge the gap before Phish hit the Mohegan Sun for a two night run?

Tucked into the middle of the show was a beautiful, sprawling cover of the Dead’s “Eyes of the World.”

Thanks to Z-man for the great recording!
