Two shows in and I’m already a huge fan of Ghost Light. The new group headed by Holly Bowling and Tom Hamilton go deep with the jams and cover a variety of classic tunes.
Earlier in the week, Ghost Light hit up The Mint in LA for their second ever show. A coupe of originals like the 20+ minute original jam “Come Apart” were repeated from the night before, but the set pretty much looked completely different. The set’s covers included an extended take on Bob Dylan’s “Tangled Up in Blue” featuring a “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” tease and a smokin’ cover of the Dead’s “Brown Eyed Women.”
