While Shakedown Stream may not be as reliable as in the months past, Dead fans still have plenty of music to feast their eyes and ears on including the We Will Get By Streaming Tour on YouTube and the Grateful Dead’s All the Years Live YouTube series.

This past week, the Dead released the latest installment in the All The Years Live YouTube series. This week’s episode brings us a terrific “Mississippi Half-Step Uptown Toodleloo” from Orchard Park in July of 1990. Here is what Grateful Dead archivist David Lemieux has to say about the performance, “Mississippi Half-Step debuted at the first Grateful Dead show after Pigpen’s last final show with the band, when the Dead played 7/16/72 in Hartford, CT, 18 years to the day before this performance in Buffalo. It was a common part of the setlist throughout the next 23 years, with the exception of 1983-1984, played a total of 234 times.”
