Widespread Panic continued their fall tour in Asheville, NC last night. After an unprecedented 6 shows without repeating a song, WSP has started busting out the covers. And they wasted no time by starting the show with the Van Morrison classic “And it Stoned Me.”
Last night, Asheville was treated to Van Morrison, Funkadelic and ZZ Top covers among others. Interesting note: all the covers came in pairs with the exception of Alan Price’s “Sell Sell” – 2 Morrison covers, 2 Zevon covers, 2 Funkadelic covers and 2 ZZ Top covers.
