It’s hard to believe that Magnaball was just last year. The Phish festival has quickly risen through the ranks to legendary status. Magnaball featured many awesome jams like this “Blaze On > Possum.” Even the soundcheck is a must-listen.

To open up the second set of night 1 of Magnaball, Phish came barreling out of the gates with a fantastic “Chalkdust Torture.” The 18-minute version features beautiful, spaced-out and frantic jams all within the span of a few minutes. Only Phish can weave jams of such different stripes together so masterfully. While the CDT never reaches a peak, it more than satisfies your cravings.
