Billy Strings headlined two nights at the recent Hoxeyville Music Festival in Wellston, Michigan. After joining Allman Betts Band in the afternoon for a blazing cover of “Midnight Rider,” Billy took the main stage.

Halfway through his set, Strings leaned into familiar territory and treated Hoxeyville to a fantastic cover of the Grateful Dead’s “Cassidy.”
