After a particularly year in quarantine, Trey Anastasio has come out of hibernation with a new track. Last March and April, Trey had a creative outburst that culminated in the new album Lonely Trip.

His latest effort is a 14 minute journey with assists from his TAB horn section and what sounds like the Rescue Squad Strings that sat-in on many songs during his Beacon Jams residency last fall. “Forward People” plays more like a suite than a single song with 8 sections.

Thanks to Trey Anastasio for the new tune!
