Jam Cruise, the jam band festival aboard a cruise ship, set sail on January 15th for six days of incredible music, sit-ins and collaborations. This year’s line-up including Umphrey’s McGee, Galactic and Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe among many others.

Leftover Salmon had a pair of sets during the week, including one in the Starlight Theater on the first day. Brandon “Taz” Niederauer and Skerik leant there guitar and sax to a pair of tunes during the Salmon set. One of the songs they jammed on was the Grateful Dead’s “New Speedway Boogie.”

Thanks to microfishie for the recording.
