The Marcus King Band may have been gotten the early morning slot on Friday at Wanee this year, but that didn’t mean they weren’t one of the most anticipated acts at the Festival. In fact, it’s reported that the crowd that assembled for MKB at 11 AM was a record turn out for the morning slot at Wanee!

Take a look at the footage below that shows how many people packed in to see MKB bright and early.

The Marcus King Band did not disappoint. The soulful, funky, rocking set at the Mushroom stage was well worth the early(ish) wakeup and got Wanee ready for the rest of the day.
