Circles Around the Sun embarked on their spring tour on February 28th at the Brooklyn Bowl. CATS will head westward over the next five weeks and end in California before the festival circuit starts to ramp up.

Scott Metzger has stepped into the impossibly humungous void left by the passing of Neal Casal. Metzger joined by Adam MacDougall on keys, Dan Horne on bass and vocals and Mark Levy on drums landed at the appropriately named venue, The Space Ballroom in Hamden, CT this past week.

The setlist was a mix of old favorites like “Gilbert’s Groove” and tracks off their new self-titled album like “Babyman” and “Money’s No Option.”
