Nugs.net has busted some footage (its from November of last year—hard to call it archival) of Billy String’s visit to the Jersey Shore last year. Billy and his band rocked the legendary Stone Pony for two sets and treated Jersey to covers from two hometown heroes.
In the first set, Billy covered the Bruce Springsteen classic named after the most famous Jersey Shore town, “Atlantic City.” To kick off the second set, Billy and his band belted out Bon Jovi’s “Wanted Dead or Alive.”
