Amorica – Womb of the Free is back with more, awesome archival Black Crowes footage. The latest is from the Crowes’ stop in New Haven, CT at Toad’s Place during the spring of 1990.

The Crowes had just released their debut album Shake Your Money Maker in February and were out on the road performing early versions of classics like “Twice as Hard,” “Hard to Handle” and “Jealous Again.”

Last year marked the 30th anniversary of the album’s release and the Crowes had big plans including a reunion tour, but the pandemic delayed the tour. Much to the delight of Black Crowes fans, the rescheduled tour dates have been announced. Chris and Rich Robinson and the Crowes are kicking off the 37-date tour on July 20th.
