After a long hiatus, Eric Clapton returned to the stage for two sold out performances at Madison Square Garden. While the second night had the same setlist at night two, Clapton’s performance was as incredible as it was the night before.

Of all the classics that Clapton shared during the show, his Derek and the Dominoes tune “Layla” is arguably his best song. While “Layla” can take on a driving, electric sound, Clapton has perfected the acoustic version of the song as well.

Thanks to mamas Mr 1 for the great footage.
