Trey Anastasio Continued his 8 week residency at the Beacon Theater last Friday. Trey, continued to deliver diverse set lists and arrangements to some of our favorite songs.

Trey put together one of my favorite arrangements of the run on Friday night with a special take on “You Enjoy Myself.” The Phish opus opened with just Trey and the Rescue Squad Strings. Once the jam dropped, the TAB vocalists chimed in with a twist on the opening lyrics, “Boy, WOMAN, God, Shit.” It was great to see Trey grinning ear to ear and even better to hear the band hit a groove a few minutes later.

Thanks to Trey Anastasio for the great footage and for making a song that Phish has played 591 times sound new again.
