I started Jam Buzz over four years ago and have published a jam from last night or the last 50 years everyday for 1,586 days. Through international travel, website outages, late nights, festivals and even a pandemic, Jam Buzz has delivered a daily jam without fail that has hopefully brought a little bit of light to everyone’s days.

Today, the music stops. Jam Buzz stands in solidarity with all those working to erase systemic racism. We are proud to take a stand and join the music industry to help fight the hatred, bigotry and violence against the African American community in our country.

While there have been some bad actors in the recent protests that have swept that nation in the wake of George Floyd’s death, there are an overwhelming amount of Americans of all races that have peacefully demonstrated.

Remember, if you have a voice and you remain silent, you are a part of the problem. Not the solution.

Thanks for listening and we will continue our regularly scheduled program tomorrow!
