Dark Star Orchestra landed in balmy Pompano Beach a few nights ago at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. DSO treated West Palm Beach to a show from September 11, 1982 which also happened to be Mickey Hart’s 39th birthday.
In addition to recreating a killer show with a stacked setlist from 82, DSO also welcomed a very special guest in the second set. Oteil Burbridge emerged after “Drums” to play on “Space” and a rockin’ “Truckin’.”
