Little Wing is one of my favorite Jimi tunes of all time. While the original track only clocked in at a little over 2 minutes long, Stevie Ray Vaughn took the jam to a whole new level with his extended Little Wing covers. It’s hard to find too many live versions of Jimi playing the tune, but this one is definitely among the best. Jimi stretches the jam to over 9 minutes and comes in with an absolutely blistering solo at 8:30.
