Many New Years Eve shows and runs were canceled or postponed this year due to the recent Omicron COVID variant surge. One of the handful of shows that wasn’t canceled was Grateful Dead cover band Grateful Shred. The Shred brought in the new year at the Regent Theater in L.A.

After the clock struck midnight on the west coast, Grateful Shred launched into “Terrapin Station.”
