Gov’t Mule’s spring tour continued in Wilmington, NC earlier this week at the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.

After two smokin’ sets of Mule, Warren invited Craig Sorrells back up to the stage for a killer version of Little Feat’s “Spanish Moon” including a call and response passage between Warren and Craig. At the end of the song, Warren teases “Thank You” by Sly and the Family Stone and Danny Louis trades in the keys for a trombone. The show ends with Craig and Danny marching off stage, their horns trailing off in the distance. The Little Feat tune is right in Mule’s wheelhouse and they crushed it for a perfect way to finish off the evening.
