Watch First: Grateful Dead’s 1st Set at Tivoli Concert Hall, Denmark ‘72 in 4k – 4/17/1972 Video

This year the Grateful Dead returned with their annual Meet Up the Movies. In November, Dead Heads around the country gathered at local theaters to watch the Dead’s performance at Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen, Denmark during their ‘72 Europe tour on the big screen.

YouTuber Christopher Hazard has done us one better. Hazard got us his hands on the original reel from the Denmark ‘72 show and upscale the footage to be 4k. The result is remarkable.

Listen to Phil Lesh and Friends Kick Off Run at the Capitol Theater – 10/14/2022 AUD

Phil Lesh returned for his annual October/Halloween run at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY. Phil’s run includes 9 dates throughout the month with a couple of different friends lineups.

For the first weekend, Phil’s crew included Ivan Neville on keyboards, vocals, Eric Krasno on guitar, vocals, Grahame Lesh on guitar, vocals, Alex Koford on drums, vocals, Phil Lesh on bass, vocals, John Scofield on guitar, Karl Denson on tenor saxophone, flute, vocals, percussion and Mikaela Davis on harp. Wow.
