Trey Anastasio Band’s fall tour is in it’s home stretch with just a handful of dates on the calendar before Trey links back up with Phish for their fall tour. Earlier this week, TAB made their debut at the jam scene’s favorite new venue: Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT.

Trey continued his excellent tour, performing both originals and Phish tunes for New Haven.

Watch Phish Take “Camel Walk” Deep at the Gorge on Night 1

After successfully completing their first leg of the summer tour with a three night run on the beach at Atlantic City, Phish returned to the stage last night at the Gorge. The P-fish are doing a three night run at the historic venue in Washington, before heading south to California. As a result of the wildfires and air-conditions, Phish had to regrettably pull an audible and relocate their Lake Tahoe to Mountain View, CA.

In the second set, Phish went the distance with a tune that doesn’t normally get deep jams—”Camel Walk.”

Watch Trey Anastasio Trio’s “No Men in No Man’s Land > Ghost > Camel Walk” at Central Park

One of Jam Buzz’s favorite YouTubers LazyLightning has come out of hibernation this evening with some archival footage. Back in the summer of 2018, Trey mixed things up and toured in a trio format that included Russ Lawton and Tony Markellis. For their Central Park stop on July 6th, keyboardist Ray Paczkowski joined the trio to make a quartet.

To kick off the second set, the Trio came out strong with a string of three Phish covers including “No Men in No Man’s Land,” “Ghost,” and “Camel Walk.”

Watch Phish’s Monster Three-Set Magna Ball Show on Dinner and a Movie – 8/22/2015 Video

Phish’s weekly archival broadcast, Dinner and a Movie is back tonight with three monster sets from Watkins Glen. The show features the second night of Phish’s 10th festival, Magna Ball.

On the Saturday of Magna Ball, Phish pulled out an absolutely monster show. After a whopping 13 song first set capped off with a must-hear “Run Like an Antelope,” Phish drops one of the most memorable 3.0 jams of all time—”Tweezer > Prince Caspian.”

The third set features more fire including a pair of funky “Cities” sandwiching the 17 year “Mind Left Body Jam” bust out.

After the three sets and encore, Phish gave their “Drive In” set behind the movie theater screen. As Phish.net describes, the fourth set “started with the band playing behind the “Drive In Movie” screen that had been created for the festival. Slowly, their silhouettes became visible and the ambient jam veered towards a full on band jam while the screen simultaneously showed fractal like images of close-ups of the band.”

Listen to Trey Anastasio Band’s Funky Show at The Van Buren – 1/21/2020 AUD

Trey Anastasio Band has made their way west from the Capitol Theatre where they kicked off their winter 2020 tour. While the West Coast usually gets snubbed on Phish summer tour, the newly announced Summer 2020 tour shows love to the left coast. Arizona isn’t on the tour, however Trey has shown the 48th state some love the last couple of years with a solo stop and this past week a Trey Anastasio Band gig at The Van Buren in Phoenix.

Trey treated AZ to a killer setlist that included plenty of TAB originals and Phish classic like “Heavy Things” and “Camel Walk.” TAB even went a capella mode on “Brief Time” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”
