Widespread Panic’s annual Mexican excursion, Panic en la Playa concluded last night in Riviera Maya at the Hard Rock Hotel. The four nights included four nights of Widespread Panic, afternoon sets and late night shows by Jerry Jospeh, Marcus King, Big Something and others.

One of the highlights of Panic en la Playa is always delivered by the Playa Allstars during their late night sets. This year’s Playa Allstars lineup included George Porter Jr. on bass and vocals, Ivan Neville on keyboards and vocals, Eric Krasno on guitar and vocals, Cyril Neville on percussion and vocals, Terence Higgins on drums, Cochemea Gastelum on saxophone
and Nicki Bluhm on vocals.
Krasno, Porter Jr. and the rest of the Playa Allstars covered everything from Fleetwood Mac to Nirvana during their first late night set.
