The greatest Dead tribute band in all of the land, Dark Star Orchestra split their New Year’s Eve festivities between the State Theater in Portland, ME and The Cap in Port Chester, NY.

After recreating the show from 1978-12-28 on it’s 44th anniversary the night before, DSO treated Portland to an elective set on night two. They got the party started with a rockin’ “New Speedway Boogie” that segued into “Jack Straw.”
