The break between Phish’s spring and summer tour has given Trey Anastasio the opportunity to perform a couple of solo gigs and make some memorable sit-ins. After Trey joined Goose for most of their third set last Saturday night at Radio City Music Hall, Trey jumped on stage with Billy Strings last night.
Half way through Strings’ second set on the Rooftop at Pier 17 in NYC, Trey came out and jammed on “Back on the Train” and other assorted tunes for 40+ minutes.
