Gov’t Mule’s spring tour is off and running. Earlier this week the Mule trotted into Westbury, NY to perform at the NYCB Theater. As with most shows this spring tour, harmonica extraordinaire Hook Harrera lent his talents to a handful of bluesy songs during the set.

Towards the end of the first set, Hook came out and jammed on “Burning Point” > “32/20 Blues.”

For the encore, Hook emerged again and taught Westbury a lesson in the classics with a great cover of Muddy Water’s “Champagne & Reefer.”
