Yonder Mountain String Band shared pro footage of their cover of Pink Floyd’s “Goodbye Blue Sky.” The song comes off Floyd’s 11th album, The Wall. The song is about when the Nazis bombed the UK in WWII. The brooding tone of the cover befits the memory.

The cover comes from their tour stop at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR.

YMSB is on a tear this year with their great covers. Check out Second that Emotion from earlier this year.
