Marcus King Band made their headlining debut at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY last Friday. The way they made their way to the Cap’s main stage is something of an interesting footnote. Originally scheduled for Garcia’s, the bar and venue attached to the Capitol Theater, the show was moved to the main stage after demand of tickets quickly outstripped supply.

In addition to a bunch of original tunes, including tracks of their new album, Marcus King Band also treated the Cap to a slew of covers. Check out the smoking cover of The Marshall Tucker Band’s “Can’t You See” at 51:15.
