Black Math

With the 2020 US Presidential election just a year away, rallies across the country becoming more plentiful. Bernie Sanders was in the Motor City for a stop at the Cass Tech High School. Bernie enlisted one of the grittiest rockers to help him in Detroit—Jack White.

Jack was more than willing to play the gig, especially since Cass Tech High School is his alma mater.

White, who has recently revived the Raconteurs and starts a fall tour with this this week, rocked a lot of his White Stripes material in Detroit like “Seven Nation Army,” “Black Math,” and “Icky thump.” In addition to White Stripes material, Jack included a pair of originals and a cover of Dylan’s “License to Kill.”
