Widespread Panic finished night three of a three-night run at the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee, WI last night. WSP has played only a hand-full of shows this fall and will continue on to Vegas for a three night run next week.
On night one of the run, WSP paid their respects to the late Tom Petty. On the third night, they paid their respects to their late guitarist, Michael “Mikey” Houser. To close out the second set, WSP covered Pink Floyd’s classic “Wish You Were Here” and displayed the iconic Mikey silhouette on the screen behind the stage. The Floyd cover is highlighted by Jimmy Herring’s high-flying guitar solo.
