Medeski, Martin and Wood teamed up with legendary guitarist John Scofield for two nights at the Ogden Theater in Denver this past weekend. MMW doesn’t have any dates on their calendar for the foreseeable future, so this was a special gig to say the least.

Despite some issue’s with Wood’s gear, the two sets showcased what the four musicians do best—improv. The two sets featured a mix of MMW originals, Scofield tunes and other covers.
