Just days before the COVID pandemic shut down all the music venues across the country, Melvin Seals and JGB played at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. As part of Live for Live Music’s Quarantine Comes Alive virtual festival, a couple of the tracks from this performance were rebroadcast.

On the heels of Bob Marley’s performance at the Rainbow, tonight’s jam is a Bob Marley cover—”Them Belly Full.” After the Marley jam, Seals and John Kadlecik lead the band in Garcia Band’s classic “Cats Under the Stars.”
