Red Rocks hosted a hell of a bill on September 22 headlined by JJ Grey and Mofro and supported by The Magpie Salute and a special collaboration between North Mississippi Allstars and Anders Osborne. North Mississippi Osborne (N.M.O.) has teamed up before and is a potent mix of diverse flavors of the blues.

The short set included North Mississippi Allstar and Anders Osborne originals including some killer covers including the N.M.A. goto Dead cover “Deep Elem Blues” and Neil Young’s “Down By the River.”
